At True Memory Magnets, every order is custom-made using the photos and information you provide. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our refund policy before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All magnets are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded due to:

Ordering the wrong size or quantity

Uploading the wrong photos

Customer approval errors
Please double-check your order before submitting it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, we'll gladly remake and ship the correct order free of charge.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
