Processing Time
All magnets are made to order.
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after we receive your photos and any required information. During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.
Uploading Your Photos
Production does not begin until we receive all required photos through the upload link sent after your purchase.
Delays in submitting photos will delay your shipment.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been produced, not when the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the best solution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If offered, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is completed.
