By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Custom Products
All products are custom-made using the images and information you provide. Please review your uploaded photos carefully before submitting your order, as they will be printed exactly as received.
True Memory Magnets is not responsible for low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or poor-quality images provided by the customer.
2. Photo Uploads
After completing your purchase, you will receive a link to upload your photos.
By uploading images, you confirm that:

You own the images or have permission to use them.

The images do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.

The images do not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate material.
3. Production Time
Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days after all photos have been received.
Large orders and event orders may require additional production time.
4. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, True Memory Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because every product is custom made, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds are only offered if:

The wrong item was received.

Your order arrives damaged.

There is a manufacturing defect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the problem.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
7. Colors & Image Quality
Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.
Minor variations in color, brightness, or cropping are not considered defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, product designs, and text, is the property of True Memory Magnets and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Customers retain ownership of the photos they submit.
9. On-Site Event Services
Event bookings require a custom quote.
Reservation deposits may be required and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your event agreement.
Event pricing is based on guest count, event duration, travel distance, and other event-specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
True Memory Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
11. Privacy
Customer photos and personal information are used solely to complete your order.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, or ship products.
